Must-have:

• Good at speaking English
• At least 2.5 years of experience in Golang development.
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs or gRPC services.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with concurrency in Go (goroutines, channels).
• Familiar with popular Go frameworks like Gin, Echo, and Fiber.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
